245dl brakes stuck

brakes stuck on after long lay up.what do i do and where do i start thanks for any advice,

i assume you meen the back wheels are locked up what you can do if you have room is start her up and try to keep moving backward and forward to relise them or you could take the wheel of and hit the hub hard with a hammer and the shock should relise it
