29.97 drop frame timecode ruler incorrect

about rulers / time / beat display few days ago Reaper displayed a position of 152.5.1 of a 4/4 session here

Any news on this bug? Has this been fixed yet?

Ok so what time should linear time of 12:00:00.00 be in 29.97 DF and 29.97 ND? FYI ReWire is not sample accurate, it actually uses 15360 ticks per quarter note for positioning -- which may be an issue at times as long as 12 hours.. -Justin

I think this bug can pretty much be marked as fixed. The one part that's still broken is simply that the timecode 0:00:00:00 occurs twice at the beginning of the timeline. Fix that and this whole issue can be put to bed.
