C30 Sun Visor N/S/F

We've just had a customer come in with a 2007 C30. When the passenger seat is folded forward to let someone in the back, make sure the sun visor isn't down! The reason being the seat hits the sun visor, and cracks the mirror contained within the visor-even though the flap is down on the mirror! I checked on VIDA and you can only buy the visor complete, not the mirror glass! The customer has written to Volvo, Volvo wrote back saying it isn't covered under warranty. Bit of bad design really-thanks Ford!

hi there is a mod for this ,you add piece pf plastic to seat runner and it stops seat coming to forward and doesnt hit visor ,,its plastic block and screw regards
