This is FX chain window. When I double click on FX, it opens TWO plugin windows instead of one. This area with the message "Bridged plug-in may be open in top level" becames floating window. I need only main plugin window with the interface to float, and need "message area" to stay in place. How can I do that?

The reason you're getting this is, you are using a 32-bit plugin in 64-bit Reaper and are seeing that 'extra' window because of the bridge. You can open the FX browser, right-click on this plugin and select... "Run As" then click "Embed bridged UI". Best solution would be to find a 64-bit version of your plugin.

Yes, I understand that, but problem is not in actual plugin window in floating state. Problem in SECOND window, that pops up, when i double click on fx. Lets look on first picture. If I just click Show UI button, I will get only one floating window with plugin. BUT, if i doubleclick on fx -> area with Show UI button becames second floating window, witch makes no sence..

Don't use double-click but single-click.

Try running it as an embedded plugin. Right-click the plugin in the FX window.
